Since 1919, The Illinois Federation of Business Women's Clubs, Inc. (IFBWC) has been empowering working women to achieve their full potential through advocacy, education, and information. Our local organization representing all of Effingham County was chartered in November of 1957 and our members have worked hard to elevate the standards for women in business from the start. We seek as a whole to help women in our community, both in their careers and their personal growth through networking opportunities, community involvement and annually awarded scholarships for women in transition.
